Simple terms for using WGA Render
These terms apply to the WGA Render mobile app, website, and architectural image-editing email service.

Agreement and access
By creating an account or using WGA Render, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. WGA Render is a private, invite-only service for authorized WGA collaborators. Access may be approved, limited, suspended, or removed to protect the service and its users.
Appropriate use
Use WGA Render only for lawful architectural image-editing work you are authorized to perform. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, attempt to access another person’s account or work, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, or use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.
Your content and generated results
You retain any rights you hold in the originals, references, instructions, and other material you submit. You give WGA Render permission to store and process that material only as needed to operate the service, produce requested edits, preserve session context, and provide support.
WGA Render uses AI providers to perform edits. Generated results can contain errors or unexpected changes. Review every result before using it. The service and its outputs are not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, or other professional advice.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify WGA Render of a security issue.
Availability
The service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, changed, or limited by maintenance, network conditions, provider capacity, or shared account limits. WGA Render is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every request or result will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Ending use
You may stop using WGA Render at any time and may initiate an account-deletion request from the app. WGA Render may suspend or end access for a violation of these terms, a security risk, or discontinuation of the service. Data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, WGA Render is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on a generated result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Material updates will be reflected here with a new effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@wgar.deedoo.shop.
