Terms for WGA Design Suite
These terms apply to invite-only use of WGA Render, WGA Concept, and WGA Site Forge. Public enrollment is not available.
Effective 16 August 2026
Agreement and access
By accepting an invitation, creating an approved WGA Design Suite account, or using any of the four tools, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. This is an invite-only service, public registration does not exist, and an account alone does not grant access.
Your invitation is personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to provide access to another person. Access may be approved, limited, suspended, or removed at any time to protect the service and its users.
Appropriate use
Use the WGA applications only for lawful architectural work you are authorized to perform. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, attempt to access another person’s account or work, share restricted material outside the invited group, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, or use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.
Your content and generated results
You retain any rights you hold in the images, references, surveys, planning documents, project files, models, instructions, and other material you submit. You permit that material to be stored and processed only as needed to operate the selected application, produce requested outputs, preserve project context, secure the service, and provide support.
Results can contain errors, omissions, or unexpected changes. Site Forge outputs are conceptual and not for construction. None of the applications replaces architectural, planning, engineering, survey, legal, code, safety, or other professional review.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep your password and invitation private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. The same approved account works in WGA Render, WGA Concept, and WGA Site Forge, and you are responsible for activity performed through it until you report a security issue.
Availability
The applications or individual features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. The applications are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every request or result will be uninterrupted, error-free, preserved, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and may initiate an account-deletion request from a supported account screen. Deleting the shared account affects WGA Render, WGA Concept, and WGA Site Forge. Access may be suspended or ended for a violation of these terms, a security risk, withdrawal of an invitation, or discontinuation of the service. Data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on a result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the service changes. Material updates will be reflected here with a new effective date. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@wgar.deedoo.shop.
