Privacy for WGA Design Suite
This notice covers invite-only use of WGA Render, WGA Concept, and WGA Site Forge. Public enrollment is not available.
Effective 16 August 2026
Information we process
The service processes only the information needed to provide invited access, operate the applications, and keep the service secure. Depending on how you use it, this can include:
- your name, email address, account identifier, invitation, verification and approval status, and application preferences;
- device notification tokens and basic request, security, and diagnostic metadata;
- Render conversation titles, edit instructions, reference comments, originals, reference images, generated results, and job status;
- Concept project files, briefs, models, drawings, revisions, approvals, generated artifacts, and workflow records;
- Site Forge surveys, planning documents, photographs, confirmed site inputs, feasibility options, revisions, approvals, and immutable handoffs;
- emails sent to the editing service, including sender and recipient information, message content, attachments, and delivery records; and
- operational records needed to maintain project continuity, enforce usage limits, investigate errors, and protect invited accounts.
Your password is handled by the account system and is not stored in the project records.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm invitations, authenticate approved users, operate each selected application, preserve project and conversation continuity, create requested outputs, send service emails and notifications, protect the service, diagnose failures, enforce usage limits, and respond to support or privacy requests.
We do not sell personal information, serve advertising, or run third-party analytics on this website.
Invite-only access
Participation is limited to people who receive a specific invitation. There is no public enrollment, and creating an account does not by itself grant access. Invitations are personal and may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
Information is disclosed only when needed to operate and secure the service, comply with law, respond to a user’s request, or protect the rights and safety of users and the service. It is not disclosed for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Render conversations, Concept projects, Site Forge studies, source material, outputs, comments, approvals, and related records are retained while needed for an invited user to continue the work and for the service to operate safely.
Incomplete uploads and temporary workspaces may expire automatically. Operational records may be retained for a limited period to investigate errors, prevent abuse, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
You may request deletion of supported records or your shared account. Once accepted, live account and project records are scheduled for removal. Deletion may not immediately remove limited copies held in protected backups or deployment snapshots; those copies remain restricted until they expire under the applicable backup cycle. The current primary storage is not encrypted at rest.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your WGA Design Suite account information, end your use of the service, or ask a privacy question. Some limited information may need to be kept when required for security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
Email contact@wgar.deedoo.shop. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security and changes
The WGA applications use access controls, authenticated requests, encrypted transport, and restricted access designed for an invite-only service. No internet service can promise absolute security.
We will update this page when the service or its data practices materially change and revise the effective date above.
